Lack of Real-1. Time Visibility:
Dispatch planning relied on static reports from SAP and manual bulk uploads via Excel/CSV, leading to outdated information.
No integration with the weekly readiness plan, leading to misalignment between planned and actual stock movements.


2.Complex Master Data Management:
Maintaining master data for ports, vessels, rakes, wagons, vehicle types, and freight zones was cumbersome.
Constraints related to transporters, freight rates, and routespecific limitations were not dynamically updated.


3.Suboptimal Scheduling and Utilization:
