Before implementing Jarvis TMS, the dispatch planning across the three plants of a Tier 1 Steel Company faced several inefficiencies:
Lack of Real-1. Time Visibility:
Dispatch planning relied on static reports from SAP and manual bulk uploads via Excel/CSV, leading to outdated information.
No integration with the weekly readiness plan, leading to misalignment between planned and actual stock movements.

2.Complex Master Data Management:
Maintaining master data for ports, vessels, rakes, wagons, vehicle types, and freight zones was cumbersome.
